If you are a parent or athlete and are new to SportsEngine, here are some helpful tips to get you started. Spring/Summer Ball registration will be available as soon as we have a definite date from the district. Please register by clicking this link
To participate in Mission Football (which includes all Summer activities, camps, etc beginning on June 21st, 2022) you and your son must complete the following steps in ADVANCE:
Go the Athletic Clearance website and follow these instructions:
NOTE: Your son will not be cleared without a physical on file. (You may see Mrs. Davidson in the Discipline Office if you need help uploading the physical form).
CONFIRMATION MESSAGE: If you plan on participating in multiple sports during the 2022-23 school year, please scroll to the bottom of the Confirmation Message and check all additional sports/activities that apply, check the acknowledgment box and click 'Submit'.
Please have this online 'paperwork' completed prior to the start of the activity in order to be cleared to participate. IF YOUR SON IS NOT REGISTERED ONLINE, THEN HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AT THE HIGH SCHOOL.
To pay for your 2022 Player Contribution either by check or online, please follow these steps:
Look for a confirmation of your contribution by MVHSFB Boosters via email. Please make checks payable to: MVHS Football Boosters - 25108 Marguerite Parkway #507 Mission Viejo, CA 92692.
MVHS Football Boosters Inc. is a recognized 501(c)3 non-profit. (Tax ID# 26-0215231). Ask your employer about matching gifts.
Full Refunds:Full refunds of program donation contributions can be requested if the player has officially dropped out of the football program and the request is made in writing PRIOR to the start of spring football.
50% Refunds: 50% refunds of program donation contributions can be requested if player has officially dropped out of the football program before the first day of fall football practice. 50% refunds are only available to those players who have contributed the full expected amount prior to or at the time of the drop AND the refund request is received prior to the first day of fall football practice. Examples: Assuming all criteria is met regarding timing, if a player has only contributed $600, the player would not be entitled to a refund. If the player contributed the FULL $900 amount under the early bird program, then the player would be entitled to $450 refund.
Fundraisers: All fundraisers will be non-refundable.
Refunds on Credit Card Donations or PayPal/Venmo Donations: Any approved refunds on donation contributions donated by credit card require a minimum 60 day waiting period before a refund check is dispersed. Refunds on donation contributions donated through PayPal/Venmo will be credited through PayPal/Venmo and is subject to applicable fees.
The Mission Viejo High School Football Boosters Board of Directors reserves the discretion to issue refunds prior to September 1st based on considerations such as, but not limited to, hardship, relocation, etc.
